General Information on Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, and you still want to exchange/return the item, Please contact Our Customer Support.

You are our Priority

We value our customer's, and therefore we don't want to create an extended, unnecessary tedious process for the items you don't like. 

All the return/refund processing will be done by our customer satisfaction experts. All you have to do is contact us from the "Chat" option at the bottom left of the page or from the "Contact Us" option in the menu, and we will make sure we get things right for you.

 

Shipping

 

We generally settle things without the necessity to have the item shipped back to us. However, if you still want to ship it back to us:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are in some cases refundable. 
All refunds will be processed back to your IRAM's Store Wallet. If you want the refund to any other source please contact our Customer Support.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
